Austin Wiseman is a family man at heart; a husband to Alorah, father to three silly little ones, has a strong love for Jesus and is a member of Fellowship Bible Church in Bentonville. He is a LSU Shreveport graduate with a degree in insurance & finance, and throughout college he cleaned roofs, sold roofs, and lined up roofing crews. Following graduation, Austin worked as a property insurance agent focusing on homeowners and business insurance, but after a good while of looking outside his little office window longing for more beyond his tiny box, he went straight into catastrophe insurance adjusting working contracts for large insurance companies. For almost six years Austin was on the road chasing every hurricane, wildfire, and hail storm working thousands of insurance claims in almost 30 different states. During this time, he began consulting a number of roofing companies throughout the south, but life on the road was not the best thing for a family man, so Austin and his wife decided to sell their home, move into a large travel trailer with the kiddos and went to explore the country together. If they fell in love with a certain place, they planned to put roots down and start a roofing company. It didn’t take long before Northwest Arkansas stole their hearts and soon after calling NWA their final stop, Trailhead Roofing was born.

Austin and his family happily reside in their home in Bella Vista and are thankful to serve such a beautiful community.

Chris Horn was born and raised in Bossier City, LA and is a Louisiana State University Alum with a Bachelors in Finance. Following college, Chris began his career in insurance as a producer for State Farm, and then ventured into the independent world selling home, auto, commercial, as well as life insurance. This led him into claims adjusting in which he spent a few years on the road as a catastrophe adjuster. Upon realizing a big disconnect between insurance companies and contractors, Chris teamed up with his childhood friend and co-worker, Austin Wiseman to create Trailhead Roofing here in Northwest Arkansas.

Chris married his high school sweetheart and had two wonderful kids, Amelia and Hayes. His hobbies include golfing, hunting, fishing, and anything in the great outdoors.

Wes Adams is originally from Morrison, Colorado where he learned construction trades at a young age. After graduating high school he enlisted in the United States Army as an Infantryman serving our country for 10 years. Following his time in the military, he decided to start a business in Hawaii that prospered for many years. In 2022, Wes and his wife decided to move closer to family, so they packed up everything and moved to Northwest Arkansas with the vision of having a Home Inspection Company. While acquiring his home inspection license, he met Chris and Austin, the founders of Trailhead Roofing as TR roofed Wes’s house in April after a hailstorm. Taking initiative, Wes met with the adjuster himself before Trailhead was contacted, and the rest is history. Wes was interviewed for a position on the team shortly after his roof was complete. He was extremely impressed with how the business operated and functioned; which led to him accepting a job offer with the company.

In his spare time he enjoys trail riding as well as hunting. Wes currently lives in Bella Vista with his family who recently welcomed a new little one to the Adams crew!

Luke Greidanus is originally from the West Coast, namely Visalia, CA and graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Accounting. After working in accounting for three years, he found an opportunity to work in the roofing business alongside Trailhead where he gets to blend his passions residential real estate in the beloved NWA area while simultaneously getting to work hands-on the properties himself.

Luke has been with the company for over two and a half years and currently serves as the active Sales Manager. Throughout his career, he has inspected more than 1,000 roofs, consistently demonstrating his dedication and expertise. Luke is committed to serving the greater Northwest Arkansas, helping homeowners and businesses alike with their roofing needs.

In his free time, Luke enjoys hiking, running, and spending time with family.

Though he was born in Branson, MO, Jacob is a proud NWA local. He graduated from Bentonville High School in 2017, where he met his wife, Mady. They have been married for five years and have three wonderful daughters: Eloise, Ruby, and Lainey. Jacob and his wife also own a local coffee shop, contributing to the small business scene & fostering community connections. Serving NWA isn’t just Jacob’s job—it’s his joy, and he takes pride in helping his neighbors.

Jacob is passionate about roofing and helping homeowners find the right solutions for their needs. With over five years of experience in sales, he combines his expertise, honesty, and genuine care to ensure every customer feels confident and supported. His faith in Jesus is central to his life and guides the way he lives and works

Outside of work, you can find him spending time with his family, playing a game of pick-up basketball or sand volleyball on a nice evening, or drinking coffee with a friend.

Steven Dixon is a valued member of the Trailhead team, treating his customers with the utmost respect, value, and support.

He transplanted here only a few short years ago in 2023 with his family from his home, neighboring state of Oklahoma. Like many other Northwest Arkansas residents, he was drawn to this area by the plentiful amount of outdoor activities and beautiful scenery that this special corner of the state has to offer.

When he’s not providing outstanding customer service he enjoys the popular Natural State hobbies of mountain biking, hiking and most importantly spending quality time with his family.

Kyle is a resident of Bella Vista and shares a home with his wife and two kids with another on the way!

Before joining Trailhead, he worked as a Deputy Sheriff for Ventura County. After an injury pushed him to look for a new path, Kyle met Wes who introduced him to Chris and Austin. At the time, the team was looking for help managing the surge of projects that came after the devastating 2024 storm, and it turned out to be the perfect fit.

What started with some hesitation quickly turned into a new chapter, and Kyle hasn’t looked back. Today, as Trailhead’s Head of Operations, he’s grateful for the chance to keep serving the community he calls home.

In his spare time, Kyle loves spending time with his family, cooking and being outdoors.
